New Websites

From $1,500

A custom, mobile-friendly site built to bring in calls and quote requests, with your first year of hosting included.

What's included

  • Up to 5 pages with a custom design that matches your brand
  • Mobile-friendly and fast on any device
  • A contact form and click-to-call buttons
  • Basic SEO so local customers can find you
  • Your choice of hand-coded or WordPress
  • Three rounds of revisions and 30 days of support after launch
  • You own your site, domain and content

Redesigns

From $1,200

Give your outdated or hard-to-use site a fresh, mobile-friendly look, keeping what's already working.

What's included

  • A fresh, mobile-friendly design that matches your brand
  • Your existing content carried over, with important page addresses kept working
  • Basic SEO and your choice of hand-coded or WordPress
  • Three rounds of revisions and 30 days of support after launch
  • Your first year of hosting when your site moves to Fortimea Studio hosting

WordPress Fixes

$75/hour

Something broken, slow or out of date on your WordPress site? I'll track down the problem and fix it.

What's included

  • Fixing broken pages, forms and plugins
  • Speeding up slow sites and updating WordPress safely
  • Text, photo and content changes

Good to know: Many fixes take less than an hour. For bigger jobs, you'll get a quote up front.

Website Care Plans

From $50/month

Hosting, updates, backups and small edits each month, so you never have to worry about your site.

What's included

  • Hosting, security updates and regular backups
  • Small edits each month, done within 2–3 business days:
    • Basic, $50/month: up to 30 minutes of edits
    • Standard, $75/month: up to 60 minutes of edits

Good to know: Larger changes and extra edit time are billed separately, and I'll always check with you first.

Common questions

Do I own my website?

Yes. Your site, domain and content belong to you.

What happens after the first year of hosting?

Hosting continues through a care plan, or I'll hand your site off to the host of your choice.

How long does a new website take?

Usually 3–5 weeks, depending on how quickly content and feedback come in.

How does payment work?

50% to get started and 50% at launch.

Should I choose hand-coded or WordPress?

Hand-coded sites are faster, more secure and need almost no maintenance, and I make your updates. WordPress is a good fit if you want to edit your own text and photos. Not sure? I'll talk it through with you.

Can I make changes to a hand-coded site after launch?

Yes. Send me what you'd like changed. Small edits are included in a care plan, or billed hourly.

Do you work with businesses outside Snohomish County?

Yes. Most of my clients are local, but I'm happy to talk.
